The Barbotine workshop was created 40 years ago and was recently taken over by two young pottery enthusiasts from Aubagne. They remain faithful to the spirit of the founder, Philippe Beltrando, and perpetuate the expertise and quality of traditional Provençal pottery. Each piece, whether a tian, daubière, or poumié, has a specific function in Provençal cuisine.
The bowl plate is ideal for bouillabaisse in our region, but it can also be used for pot-au-feu, pasta dishes, or summer salads. It is also used as a serving dish. Its diameter is 25 cm and its height is 6.5 cm.
