Marie-Laure Chamorel has a passion for "handmade" work. This Duperré school graduate, who spent time in the Alaïa, Kenzo, and Balmain workshops, knows what she is talking about. In 2006, she created her line of jewelry under her eponymous brand.

MOUSTIQUE was immediately captivated by her "textile jewelry," as she calls it. Pieces of incredible delicacy, inspired by the broderie anglaise and lace she hunted for at the flea markets of Paris and New York. She designs her pieces in Paris, in her Marais workshop, and has them crafted in Bali by local artisans.

This double-wrap bracelet is composed of a bronzed lurex ribbon, delicately embroidered with antique gold-finished brass chains; the bracelet can also potentially be worn as a choker.
