Tribal Lamp - White

TINJA white ceramics are handcrafted by women from Sejnan, in northern Tunisia. These artisans pass down their expertise from mother to daughter over generations, a know-how now listed by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage of humanity. They achieve this patina by polishing the terracotta with seashells. MOUSTIQUE has selected Tinja's more contemporary creations, finding in them the spirit of whitewashed walls and thatched roofs of "gardian" huts.
