Description
Marie-Laure Chamorel has a passion for "handmade" work. A graduate of the Duperré school, having worked in the Alaïa, Kenzo, and Balmain ateliers, she knows what she is talking about. In 2006, she launched her jewelry line under her eponymous brand.
MOUSTIQUE was immediately won over by her "textile jewelry," as she calls it. Pieces of incredible delicacy, inspired by the broderie anglaise and lace she hunted for at flea markets in Paris and New York. She designs her pieces in Paris, in her Marais studio, and has them made in Bali by local artisans.
Short braided 925 sterling silver necklace composed of ruthenium chains and gold Lurex threads. It is embellished with an oxidized silver medallion, set with mini irregular diamonds
Length 34 cm - Medallion 8 mm
