Maison Bengal is an English social enterprise that has its bags and rugs made in Bangladesh, in partnership with local fair trade organizations. It currently employs more than 2,500 women across the country, and thanks to decent wages, enables them to send their children to school. Since 2007, sales have also funded a rural clinic. All of the brand's products are made of jute, hand-woven or macramé-knotted.
