Mahogany gratin dish 37 cm

The Barbotine workshop was founded 40 years ago and was recently taken over by two young enthusiasts of Aubagne pottery. They remain faithful to the spirit of its founder, Philippe Beltrando, and perpetuate the craftsmanship and quality of traditional Provençal pottery. Each piece—a tian, stewpot, or olive jar—  has a specific function in Provençal cuisine. 

Here is the ideal gratin dish: rectangular, in glazed earthenware, with thick edges for storing, putting in the oven, and making a success of all your recipes. It also looks very elegant on a table. Dimensions 27x37cm
