Description

The Barbotine workshop was created 40 years ago and was recently taken over by two young pottery enthusiasts from Aubagne. They remain faithful to the spirit of the founder, Philippe Beltrando, and perpetuate the craftsmanship and quality of traditional Provençal pottery. Each piece, whether a tian, daubière, or poumié, has a specific function in Provençal cuisine. 

Here is the ideal gratin dish: rectangular, made of glazed earthenware, with thick edges for easy handling, oven use, and success with every recipe. It is also very elegant on a table. Dimensions 17x24 cm
