30 cm gratin dish

The Barbotine workshop was established 40 years ago and was recently taken over by two young enthusiasts of Aubagne pottery. They remain faithful to the spirit of the founder, Philippe Beltrando, and perpetuate the craftsmanship and quality of traditional Provençal pottery. Each piece—tian, daubière, or poumié—has a specific function in Provençal cooking. 

Here is the ideal gratin dish: rectangular, made of glazed earthenware, with thick edges for storage, oven use, and perfecting all your recipes. It is also very elegant on a table. Its dimensions are 23 x 30 cm.
