Description

The Barbotine workshop was created 40 years ago and was recently taken over by two young enthusiasts of Aubagne pottery. They remain faithful to the spirit of the founder, Philippe Beltrando, and perpetuate the expertise and quality of traditional Provençal pottery. Each piece, whether a tian, daubière, or poumié,  has a specific function in Provençal cuisine. 

Here is the ideal gratin dish: rectangular in glazed earthenware, with thick edges for storing, placing in the oven, and successfully preparing all your recipes. It is also very elegant on a table. Its dimensions are 27 x 37 cm.
