Green gratin dish 30 cm

The Barbotine studio was founded 40 years ago and was recently taken over by two young pottery enthusiasts from Aubagne. They remain faithful to the spirit of the founder, Philippe Beltrando, and perpetuate the expertise and quality of traditional Provencal pottery. Each piece—tian, stewpot, or poumié—  has a specific function in Provencal cooking. 

Here is the ideal gratin dish: rectangular in glazed earthenware, with thick edges for storing, putting in the oven, and succeeding at every recipe. It is also very elegant on a table. Its dimensions are 23 x 30 cm.
