Description

The Barbotine workshop was founded 40 years ago and was recently taken over by two young people passionate about Aubagne pottery. They remain faithful to the spirit of the founder, Philippe Beltrando, and perpetuate the expertise and quality of traditional Provençal pottery. Each piece, whether a tian, daubière, or poumié,  has a specific function in Provençal cooking. 


Here is the ideal gratin dish: rectangular, in glazed earthenware, with thick edges for storage, baking, and perfecting all your recipes. It is also very elegant on a table. Its dimensions are 27 x 37 cm.
