Description
Maison Bengal is an English social enterprise that produces its bags and rugs in Bangladesh, in partnership with local fair-trade organizations. It currently employs over 2,500 women across the country, and thanks to decent wages, enables them to send their children to school. Since 2007, sales have also funded a rural clinic. All of the brand's products are made of jute, hand-woven or macramé-knotted.
